OUR APPROACH

Fitness for Every Level. Really.

Ever walked into a gym and hurry to the treadmill so you don’t look lost? Or simply been too scared to walk through the doors of a group class knowing you would be the only one who didn’t know what the heck a snatch was? We’ve worked endless hours to make sure that doesn’t happen at The Den Fitness!

Every single class will have a “Metcon” and a “DenFit” version of the same workout. We’ll then dissect those for each individual member. Then it’s 3…2…1…GO!

Semi-Private Sessions

The absolute best of both worlds. These group fitness classes come with all the personal training attention. We’ve capped the number of members in these sessions so that our coaches can give each athlete an adequate amount of individual attention. Sessions include three classes per week for 4 weeks a month. All active members also have access to our daily Metcon and DenFit workouts through our app 7 days a week for additional, limited equipment home workouts if needed. Our classes start as early as 5am and as late as 5:30pm.

Personal Training Packages

Do you have a specific goal to conquer? Not ready to jump into our group classes? We’ve got your back! We are firm believers in the group method but know that some goals need good, old fashion one-on-one attention. These sessions are designed with your specific goals in mind. Daily workouts may vary from the group training. All members actively receiving personal training gain access to the app with workouts posted 7 days a week.
