2021 Summer TEENS Program
Calling all Middle and High School athletes! Our strength and conditioning program is now open for registration! We’ve developed a small group program to get your kids off the couch and into the gym 3 days a week this summer. We will focus on strength, agility and speed as well as sport specific goals for each athlete.
The 2021 program will be broken into 2 sessions.
Each session will be 12 classes, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday @8am.
